An Autoliv WRO local management initiative
CONTEXT
In these rough times, the best way to keep Autoliv team united is to help those confined at home get through the quarantine period easier. It’s also a great chance to show that the client truly puts in practice their values and principles: that they are one Autoliv and that they are agile in responding to the needs of their people.
STRATEGY / CHALLENGE
We developed a group of 6 volunteers that deliver every week a package of 15 products for those in need. The package contains: bread, apples, flour, beans, potatoes, milk, butter, yeast, pasta, rice, sugar, oil, waffles and sweets.
So far, 62 of Autoliv WRO’s quarantined employees have received our help. The volunteers are ready to respond to all the future possible cases.

- 20 euro/package
- 62 x “Thank you!”
- 5 weeks of delivery
- 930 delivered products
- 21 cities/villages visited
